🔁 Return Policy

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Products that are damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer (if the correct product was delivered)

• Used, washed, or altered items

• Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers (unless otherwise stated)

🔄 Exchange Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange an exchange.

• An unboxing video is required as proof to process any exchange request.

💰 Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through mobile financial services or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), TaibaFashion will cover the return shipping cost.

• For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
